Let’s learn about the process of doing Jal Neti:

1.Get a jal neti pot,
2.Fill the pot with500ml of pre-boiled lukewarm water,
3.Dissolve one teaspoon of common salt in it.
4.Bending forward, tilt your head so that your left nostril stays a little at a higher position than your right one.
5.Now breathe with your mouth,
6.Put the spout in your left nostril and smoothly pour the saline solution into the nostril.
7.Keep breathing just with your mouth.
8.Feel the water flowing in via the left nostril, and out via the right one.
9.Blow your nose to throw out any excess water.
10.If the post has got empty, fill it again with the Jal Neti pot with more lukewarm saline water,
11.Now repeat the process for the right nostril.
12.The procedure should be repeated for each of the nostrils.
13.Perform this process two times a day.
14.Better perform this practice in the morning, and before going to bed.

The procedure claims to perk up the mobility of cilia, as it helps push out mucus. Besides the therapy of Regular Jal Neti boasts of getting the sufferers rid of the symptoms such as sinusitis and allergy. Jal Neti also gets rid of symptoms of migraine and Asthma.
