Grieving relates to the emotions and feelings which is experienced when we loss our near and dear ones. It is also caused by the end of a relationship. Grief is also a part of natural healing process after a traumatic experience. Grieving makes us try to overcome the loss of our near and dear ones. To cope with this traumatic feeling, we seek some additional support.
Below are suggested some essential oils for grief.
Marjoram essential oil comes with an uplifting and soothing aroma. This is an age-old remedy for grief. So, put 1 or 2 drop of the oil to a handkerchief or tissue and breathe in it while you are on the lookout for some comfort.

•Put eight to ten drops of essential oil in to the bath and keep it soaking for more or less 15 minutes.
•Put some drops of essential oil in to carrier oil and massage with it on your full body.
