Tea is a drink which is famous in most parts of the world. Everyone has a different taste and you will be able to find tea according to it. There is only one point where every one asks whether milk is a good partner of tea that helps to increase its medicinal value or it is a parasite that decreases the values of those who give them shelter.
Many researches, conducted by the world best scientist over this issue, has helped or misguided. Till now, nobody knows but further discussing about the same we have been able to deliver some important researches which can drive anyone to a conclusion like consumption of black tea or green tea with or without milk increases the activity of plasma antioxidant but it is far more higher in green tea.
A to and fro movement is being found in the researches because they are both contradictory to each other. There have been a number of researches, which say adding milk increases or does not affect the value (antioxidants, polyphenols or catechin levels) of tea either it is green or black but there are researches that show in which there are level of antioxidant which dip to a certain level after using milk because milk proteins soaks up the antioxidants and plasma value of tea.
This is how the researches have been able to dwindle the market of Tea but the taste can never be wrapped off and despite of this, the tea has many medicinal values.
