Body odor is produced by the bacterial growth on your skin. This is mostly caused by the moisture. Whatever we do in haste affect our body odor, breath and acidity levels.

The quantity of carbohydrates we consume and the way we clothe in the morning. Or we snore at night or not are related to the cause of our body odor.

By the grace of god, we have some quick fixes to help reduce the body odor. Specifically, we have two methods to tackle this issue.

1.Do towel yourself well after a shower or bath
2.Dry up your thighs, neck, groin, toes and fingers properly
3.Use an absorbent talcum powder with antifungal properties
4.Avoid foods that has garlic, pungent spices and other herbs in huge portions
5.Or if you have food with these herbs, wash your face, hands and neck right after the meal
6.Use a mouth wash after the meal
7.While brushing teeth in the morning, do pay attention to your tongue, as it takes hold of food particles and changes them into hydrogen sulfide vapors; this gas smell foul.
8.Use a mouth wash after food; it prevents this type of odor.

If you are stressed up, use sage tea as it comes included with natural astringent properties that make your body relax and lessen the quantity of the water lost due to sweating. Keep two-spoons of sage leaves after crushing in the boiling. Let the pot be covered with a lid for about ten minutes. The leaves active properties will be emitted out, as a result, your body will be relaxed and de-stressed.
