Walk daily for healthy reasons By Staff Writer

In our daily life, we keep walking for some or other purpose; like if we want to get some thing for our day to day usages, we have to walk up to the destination from where we get it or if we have some home work, there too we have to walk. But walking for these types of home chores doesn’t have any beneficial effects on our body, or even doesn’t improve our health.

Instead, a proper walking regime proves to be highly helpful for attaining a good health. If you have a walk on daily basis, it will help you lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, and improve the physical fitness. Besides, walking on a daily basis also helps reduce the risk of being contracted with conditions like; type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, osteoporosis etc.

Despite other activities, walking also keeps minimum excursions on body, needs fewer equipment. You can do it anywhere but it must be done at moderate speed to get results. 

Walking is also very beneficial in:

•Increasing cardiovascular fitness
•Reducing risk of heart strokes and diseases
•Reducing body and weight fat
•Increasing muscle endurance and strength

Last but not the least, do go on for a walk for half an hour daily and include few minutes of extra life each day.
