Our feet are the greatest sufferer in our body. The entire weight of our body is carried by this pair of poor sufferers throughout the day. Just as our body needs total care and attention, in the same way our feet too need a soothing foot soak, a best reward for them in the evening when you step in your home with them.
A soothing foot soak doesn’t just warm, but also relaxes all the small support muscles, makes trapped nerves free, boost your blood circulation and relieves you of pains as well as aches.
For all this, you need to have a right essential oil, which makes it even more pleasing. And given that you will have to be seated while soaking, and breathe in the aroma molecules as well as take pleasure in a moment of tranquility in a hectic day.
Take a big square bucket or basin; fill it with hot water. Now, take a warm towel and sit comfortably at the most comforting height. Now take right essential oils. Add the oils in to the water drop by drop. Now slip your feet into it. Use around eight drops for each nine liters (two gallons) of water.
