How to overcome fatigue in early pregnancy

Plenty of fluids in first month of pregnancy can help reduce the fatigue faced in the early pregnancy. Fluids can be Fresh fruit Juices, shakes, coconut water, shikanjvhi and squashes. Fluids become more important if conception is in early pregnancy. It is even relevant in cases with excessive nausea and vomiting.
