(A) Gentle exercises such as yoga and walking are very helpful in arthritis. If your joints are painful or inflamed stop exercising.
(B It is advised to have healthy diet that doesn’t lead to constipation and indigestion. Do avoid the foods causing obesity.
(C) Try to control the weight well.
(D) Use heat compresses in order to ease pain and relax muscle.
(E) Practice yoga and meditation to reduce stress.
