Alcoholism makes a person mentally and physically addicted to alcohol. Its constant use not only has mental affect but physical as well. Besides, an alcoholic also has to face lots of social implications due to his/her unusual and irritating behavior.

From the physical point of view, it leaves a fatal impact on our digestive system, nerves, pancreas and heart. However following the tips below, you can get rid of alcoholism.

 
Tip 1: First and foremost make a clean break if you really want to get rid of alcohol addiction. 

Tip 2: Eat as many apples as you can as it helps reduce the craving for alcohol. Eating apples are also very helpful in clearing the toxins from the system.

Tip 3: Similarly, grapes play a big role in relieving you off the temptation of alcohol. The grapes have a pure form of alcohol, so have a meal of grapes every 4-5 hrs, for a month at least.

Tip 4: Last but not the least; the juice of Bitter gourd leaves also helps clear intoxication. Three tsp of juice mixed in a glass of buttermilk also helps heal the damaged liver.
