First thing that wholly depends on your healthy living is not to think that you have grown old. Always feel young at your heart, and never lose your romantic instinct. This could be the excellent course that will always keep you healthy and fit.

Always have a nutritious and balanced diet. It gives you requisite nutrition. Healthy diet has a big role to play in each and every body’s life, no matter what the age is.

In addition, exercise daily and regularly, as it is the mantra that keeps you energetic and active all through your life. Also keep in mind here that exercise should not cross your tolerance power.

Don’t ever try to exercise beyond your stamina.
