Indian, Israeli institutes sign MoU to promote Ayurveda

Two noted institutions, namely Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Education Society, Ujire and Reidman Institute of Complimentary Medicine, Tel Aviv, Israel, have entered a MoU for exchange of academic and research knowledge of Ayurveda. This got accomplished in Dharmasthala on Thursday.
This has been done to encourage and promote the knowledge of Ayurveda throughout the world to impart value in quality education in tandem with evergreen Indian values.
This enterprising effort comes from two eminent personalities. One, a distinguished social reformer, educationalist and president of SDM Education Society D Veerendra Heggade and second, Salley Reidman, President, Institute of Complimentary medicine, Tel Aviv, Israel.
This MoU primarily aims at the close collaboration between several quality programmes such as clinical training, internship facility and teaching of diverse streams of dental science, ayurveda, yoga, naturopathy and its management.
In presence of several SDM Society officials and others, Reidman Institute of Complimentary Medicine, Tel Aviv, Israel also awarded Ayurveda degree to several students of Israel.
