Known as herbal drinking water, the new product comes with herbal extracts with helpful bio-active properties, which has a major role to play in keeping up good health as proven by Ayurveda and Siddha literatures as well as modern scientific studies.
The herbal water will be sold in 1,000 ml and 500 ml pet bottles along with competitive price in the growing mineral water market.
Tamil Nadu Medicinal Plant Farms and Herbal Medicines Corporation Ltd (TAMPCOL) is just about to get the ISI certificate and other related licences.
The company earlier announced the launch of 'Laboob Sager', herbal aphrodisiac, which made use of an ancient 'Sastric' Unani formulation, and replaces the drug with expensive Viagra that has not any side effects. The product was sold like hot cakes and ran sort of stocks due to high demand of the drug.
The herbal water will be included with herbal extract such as 'tulsi' (holy basil), 'nannari' (Indian sarasaparilla) and 'Adhimadhuram' (licorice).
