Kerala Ayurveda approves incorporation with Arya Vaidya Pharmacy

By Staff Writer Kerala Ayurveda Ltd says that its Board of Directors are in agreement to the execution of the Expression of Interest between Arya Coimbatore-based Vaidya Pharmacy Ltd and Kerala Ayurveda Ltd to assess the incorporation of both businesses.
The decision was taken in meeting that was held on June 29, 2009.
The Board said yes to the amalgamation of a new subsidiary of Kerala Ayurveda Ltd in Singapore, Natraveda Pte. Ltd, which aims at marketing ayurvedic products worldwide.
The Board thought of re-appointing Dr. K Anilkumar, Executive Director of Company for a three years period ahead w.e.f. June 28, 2009 as Article 70 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
